"I was scared by the reviewers, but no more! I had a great time!" Located at the footsteps of the Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas, the Club Vegas Casino is ideal for the leisure traveler. Check in and out was easy. The staff was pleasant. And walking down Fremont was fun. That happened to be the best part of the time spent there. Vegas is a destination city for the folks that are really looking for an outstanding night life experience. In terms of the level of service, the technology that you see in the clubs, the sound systems, the lighting systems, the interactive element that’s coming into some of them and also the trends in designs and decor, Las Vegas sets the standards for all of that. Between the non-stop action in the casino, the extravagant restaurants, the hottest pool parties and the pulsing nightclubs - it’s nice to know you have a private sanctuary above it all.

When I started coming to Vegas, I would make it a point to head downtown to do some gambling at least once on every trip. After all, the Vegas Club had the following rules on blackjack: unlimited splitting of aces, 6 card Charlie's (if you get 6 cards without busting, you automatically win, etc.), doubling down on your third card (my personal favorite) and others. These rules used to apply on every table in the casino, but in the past several years, they've limited them to a few special tables. Nonetheless, the Vegas Club will always hold a special place in my heart.
